Vacancy - Tender and Order Officer

Job Description

  • Prepares tenders and orders to be placed with the supplier.
  • Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
  • Work closely with the product specialist to prepare the tender and order of products.
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
  • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.


  • Must have completed HSC with a pass
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • 0-1 years of work experience in this field is an asset
  • Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
